Agreement / Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CeraVe online store. By visiting the store, placing an order, or contacting us through the store, you agree to these Terms and all policies linked from the footer, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and Contact Information.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By using the store, you represent that you can form a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Account

Customer accounts are not required or offered for normal shopping on this clone_site store. The store uses guest checkout only. You are responsible for keeping your order confirmation, contact information, shipping address, and payment information accurate at checkout.

Products & Pricing

We try to display product descriptions, availability, prices, images, and other information accurately. Minor differences in packaging, colors, or product presentation may occur due to screen settings, supplier updates, or merchandising changes. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Promotional Pricing

A promotional price does not represent a regular retail price, does not state or imply that an item previously sold at an original retail price, and should not be treated as a factual statement about market value or prior pricing.

Orders & Acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit orders for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory error, pricing error, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms. If an order is canceled after payment authorization, we will request a release or refund through the original payment method.

Shipping

Returns

Eligible returns are limited to damaged, defective, or wrong items reported within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Intellectual Property

CeraVe names, logos, product names, text, images, graphics, design elements, and other content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit store content without permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, scrape the site at abusive volumes, upload malicious code, or use the store for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The store and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the store or products purchased through it.
