Shipping Region

CeraVe ships orders within the US target market only. Orders with addresses outside the United States cannot be completed through this store.

Available shipping methods and carrier services are displayed during checkout when applicable. We currently do not ship to international forwarding addresses when the final destination is outside the United States.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping on All Orders is available for eligible orders shipped within the United States. No minimum purchase is required unless a separate promotion states otherwise.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after payment authorization. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays. Processing may take longer during peak periods, promotions, address reviews, or fraud checks.

Delivery Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 4-6 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check the delivery area, building reception, parcel locker, household members, and neighbors before contacting support. Carrier delivery scans can occasionally appear before final handoff.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@ceearva.shop immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order begins processing.

Orders returned because of an incomplete, undeliverable, or incorrect address may require additional review before reshipment or refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information submitted at checkout.

Lost / Damaged in Transit

If an order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact support@ceearva.shop with your order number and photo evidence when applicable. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are handled under our Refund Policy.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available. For shipping questions, contact support@ceearva.shop.

Customers outside the United States should not place orders using freight forwarders or addresses intended to bypass the US shipping limitation. Orders that cannot be shipped under this policy may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
