Refund Policy

Eligible Returns

Eligible returns are limited to damaged items, defective items, or wrong items shipped by mistake. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. To be eligible, the item must be purchased from this store and you must provide the order number and photo evidence showing the issue.

This damaged-or-wrong-item-only rule keeps return handling consistent for personal-care products and helps us review each issue based on clear order records. Items should be kept in the condition received while the request is reviewed, including the original packaging when available.

Return Window

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 30 days may be declined unless required by law.

How to Request

Email support@ceearva.shop with your order number, the email used at checkout, a description of the issue, and clear photo evidence of the damaged, defective, or wrong item and packaging. Do not send products back before receiving written instructions from customer support.

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After approval, refunds are typically submitted within 3-5 business days, but your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

If only part of an order is affected, we may approve a partial refund, replacement, or other resolution for the affected item only. Shipping promotions, discounts, taxes, and payment adjustments may affect the final refunded amount shown by your payment provider.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If we require the item to be returned because it was damaged, defective, or wrong, we will provide return instructions and determine whether a prepaid label is appropriate. Shipping costs for unauthorized returns are not reimbursed.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, altered, final sale, gift card, promotional, or personal-care items that are not damaged, defective, or wrong are non-returnable. We may refuse returns that are incomplete, lack proof of purchase, or show misuse.

We also cannot accept items purchased from another retailer, marketplace, clinic, pharmacy, or unauthorized seller. Those purchases must be handled through the original place of purchase under that seller's return policy.
