How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 4-6 business days after processing within the United States.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays. Promotions, carrier delays, weather, fraud review, or address issues may add time, but the standard estimate remains 1-2 business days for processing plus 4-6 business days for delivery.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Free Shipping on All Orders applies to eligible U.S. orders.

What's your return policy?

Eligible returns are limited to damaged items, defective items, or wrong items shipped by mistake. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Keep the item and packaging while your request is reviewed. We may ask for photos, the order number, the checkout email, and a short explanation before approving a refund, replacement, or other resolution.

Can I return an item I changed my mind about?

No. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted under our damaged-or-wrong-item-only return policy.

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, we send a tracking link to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after carrier pickup.

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check nearby delivery areas, building reception, parcel lockers, household members, and neighbors before contacting support.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay when available. All checkout totals are in USD.

Do you ship internationally?

No. This store ships only within the US target market.

Orders using addresses outside the United States or freight forwarding arrangements intended for international delivery may be canceled because international shipping is not available.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers in a PCI DSS compliant via Shopify environment. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

How do I contact customer support?

Email support@ceearva.shop. Support normally responds within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday.

How do I request a refund?

Email support@ceearva.shop with your order number, checkout email, a description of the issue, and photo evidence. Wait for written instructions before sending anything back.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After approval, the refund is usually submitted within 3-5 business days, and your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
